Under the second special drive, candidates can apply for admission on November 25 and 26. Colleges will release the merit list on their website and candidates will have time from November 27 to 5 pm on November 30 to make payments.

A decision to open the colleges was taken in view of a significant drop in the Coronavirus cases and also due to persistent demand from students to start physical classes.
Speaking to reporters, Education Minister Lahkmen Rymbui said there is a need to resume classroom teachings as soon as possible, especially in higher education institutes.
Classes will resume for first year postgraduate and pre-final year undergraduate students, the higher education department tweeted.
